In order to provide a broad spectrum of Candidates, IPG has nurtured and maintains a robust network of licensed Recruitment Agents ("Agents"). Our trusted Agents are located throughout the world and provide Candidates that are "ready, willing and able" to relocate with the required skills and supporting credentials. We currently maintain strategic relationships with Agents in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Eastern & Western Europe.

We have, and always will, challenge the status quo when we believe there is a superior methodology available.  In order to protect our Clients, and our Agents and their Candidates, IPG has developed a progressive Human Rights Agreement which aligns with, and expands upon the recommended rules and regulations of the host country and the United Nations.

Prior to taking on any global manpower project, IPG will conduct due diligence to validate and/or qualify, our Client, the participating Recruiting Agents, and the specifics of the manpower project. 

 IPG will NOT participate in a Manpower project until it is comfortable that all parties are committed to act in a professional and ethical manner and clearly understand their respective responsibilities.
