How long does it take to have a caregiver start working in my home?
- A placement varies depending on your needs and preferences, however; placement times are typically less than one month.
Does IPG help with government documentation and paperwork?
- Yes. IPG manages the entire process. Your responsibility will largely amount to signing the prearranged documents.
Can you supply me with Candidates I don't have to sponsor?
- All of the Candidates IPG has in its database are seeking legal, full-time live-in positions. IPG will NOT provide Candidates to families who are unwilling to abide by the UAE laws (which required ALL domestic service workers to be sponsored by their employer). As a result we do NOT provide part-time positions, nor do we work with In-Market Candidates.
Does IPG limit the number of candidates our family can consider?
- No. While our company takes pride in our unique placement process, our goal is to meet your needs and not to rush an important decision. If you ever want to see additional profiles, we are happy to provide you with them.
Is IPG familiar with current labor laws and standards?
- Yes. Our agency not only keeps up to date, but incorporates all government standards in the paperwork we prepare for our families to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible and to avoid putting your family at risk of government intervention.
How far in advance should I plan to begin searching for a Nanny or Housekeeper?
· We recommend calling us about 3 months before you need a candidate to give you and your family the time needed to make the best decision.
