International Personnel Group, LLC ("IPG") believes that it creates value for its Clients and Agents by connecting leading Agents and qualified Candidates with legitimate employment and immigration opportunities.  IPG on behalf of all parties involved conducts due diligence to validate and/or qualify (I) our Clients (II) the Recruitment Agents involved, and (III) the specific recruitment project.

Due to the inherent risks involved in the international manpower industry, IPG strives to mitigate these risks for all parties involved by promoting strong human rights and providing a detail orientation to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed in a timely manner.  Additionally, IPG will not represent any Clients or actively market to Recruitment Agents until it is confident that all aspects of the opportunity are valid and that all parties clearly understand their respective responsibilities and liabilities. IPG believes that clearly establishing expectations between the parties involved is critical to the success of every project.

IPG offers each Client immigration subject matter expertise, process management and superior customer service.  IPG works together with all governing bodies involved to ensure that each recruitment project proceeds as planned.  IPG believes in operating transparently and we will alert our clients of any potential pitfalls to set expectations accordingly.
